This afternoon for a short break, I nipped out for a 3 hour ringing session to Matt's Garden in Bangor to see what could be caught with the Chardonneret and Spring Trap. During the 3 hours a nice catch of 7 birds were caught including my 3rd Goldfinch and 2nd Blackbird, both being adult birds. I also re-trapped 2 Robin, 1 Great Tit and 1 Coal Tit.
Hopefully I will be out ringing on Wednesday night so check back then to see what went on..
